In the first and second quarters of 2021, the Youth League branch of Guangdong Siwun Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd. under the leadership of the Party organization, firmly grasp the key points of the Communist Youth League and youth work, actively respond to the call, carry out a series of learning activities with the theme of "Tracing a hundred years of postal youth to follow the Party", and guide the majority of youth members to cultivate the emotions of loving the Party, patriotism, and socialism. The Youth League Branch organized four online themed group courses of "Youth Study · Learn Party History Together", and carried out individual self-study throughout, so that the youth members could understand the glorious course of the Party's century-long struggle, understand the truth and practical power of Marxism from the extraordinary course of the Party, enhance their confidence in the great rejuvenation of the nation, and enhance their identification with the history of the Party and the country. During the "May Fourth" period, the Youth League branch also organized practical education activities around important events in the history of the Party. Taking into account the company's business operation into the peak season, in order to fully mobilize grass-roots young employees to participate in activities, the city is looking for a typical red education base, and the final site is Guangzhou Uprising Memorial Hall. After the visit and study, the young people deeply felt the historical mission of the Communist Party in different historical periods, and they said that they would take this study as an opportunity to deeply understand the spirit of the important speech of the General Secretary at the mobilization Conference on Party history learning and education, and deeply understand the profound connotation of the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.

In order to promote young employees to listen closely to the opinions and suggestions of grassroots employees and experience the actual production operations at grassroots level, the League Branch organized and carried out "rooted in grassroots" research and practice activities around the Ezhou Huahu Airport transfer center project. The main object of the survey is the front-line personnel active in the project team, and the survey will be carried out in Guangzhou, Ezhou, Shenzhen and other places, guiding young employees to broaden their vision, change their style, learn thinking and practice enlightenment, increase their ability, and improve their comprehensive quality in grassroots practice.
